Tartan Day

Tartan Day

Come celebrate Tartan Day Scottish style in historic Fergus

There will be festivities and entertainment along St. Andrew Street where everyone can enjoy Celtic music, Pipe bands, Highland dancing, Face painting, Kids activities, Tug of war – and of course, pub crawling! Don’t miss the famous Kilted Kilometer Race and enter our Instagram contest for a chance to win tickets to the Scottish Festival. While you’re visiting, make sure to take a picture of Templin Gardens overlooking the Grand River and maybe have a kiss or two at the Kissing Stane before taking a wee wander in downtown. All the pubs will be hosting bands and serving up some traditional Scottish dishes.
